**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily accounting operations in **Tally** - entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed **Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)** and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle **accounts payable/receivable**, **GST**, **TDS**, and **ESI** compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual closings.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and analysis.
- **Should be able to multitask** and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong in **Tally ERP**, MS Excel, and core accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
