Customer Engagement:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations as necessary.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers in a professional manner.
- Build rapport with customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Generation:

- Actively promote products or services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional items to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely, following company procedures.
- Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with merchandising activities such as setting up displays and arranging product layouts.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.

A Retail Sales Executive should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They play a vital role in driving revenue growth and maintaining customer satisfaction levels within the retail environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
