**Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by actively promoting products and services.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries.

**Inventory Management**: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining store presentation standards.

**Point of Sale Operations**: Accurately process transactions through the cash register, handle payments, and manage returns in accordance with company policies.

**Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and support training of new associates as needed.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to management for continual improvement of service and product offerings.
- **Qualifications**:_

High school diploma or equivalent

1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of sales techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
