**Location**: Vashi Inorbit Mall, Navi Mumbai

## **Job Title**: Retail Sales Associate

**Department**: Retail Operations

**Reports To**: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

## **Job Purpose**:
As a **Retail Sales Associate** at **VIRGIO**, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding the right products, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving store targets.

## **Key Responsibilities**:
### **1. Customer Service & Sales**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable VIRGIO products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

### **2. Store Operations**:

- Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed, tagged, and stocked.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

### **3. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation**:

- Stay updated on VIRGIO’s latest collections, trends, and promotions.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and styling tips.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

### **4. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members and managers to achieve store goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Support new staff with onboarding and training.

## **Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Retail/fashion-related courses a plus).
- **Experience**: 1+ years in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attributes**: Friendly, confident, well-groomed, and passionate about fashion.

## **Work Schedule**:

- **Shift-based**: Weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours as per mall/store requirements.
