**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and store promotions.

Support in-store promotional events and inventory management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:
3-5 years of experience in retail sales (experience in lifestyle/luxury brands is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office.
