**Job Title: Offline Sales Executive**
**Location: Noida, Sector 132**
MadamCharm is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the beauty industry while building strong client relationships and achieving sales success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities, expanding MadamCharm’s presence in key markets
- Schedule and conduct meetings with salon and spa owners in designated regions to promote our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners to secure partnerships and drive sales
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring targets and quotas are consistently met
- Collaborate with salon owners to identify challenges and work with the operations team to offer timely solutions
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our products and services to existing customers
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to deliver comprehensive and quick solutions to salon owners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve personal and company-wide objectives
- Track, monitor, and report on monthly sales performance, targets, and KPIs to senior management
**Requirements**:
- 0-4 years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in professional skincare
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
