**Location**: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Vessel Operations**: Manage the scheduling, loading/unloading, and turnaround times of vessels to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- **Port and Terminal Management**: Oversee port operations including berthing, cargo handling, and compliance with port regulations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Ensure smooth logistics operations for marine transport, including liaising with suppliers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of operations, prepare reports on performance metrics, and provide insights for operational improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues effectively.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their operational needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to operational emergencies promptly, implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the marine industry, with a strong understanding of vessel operations and port logistics.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, port operations, and maritime safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with operational software systems.
