**Job Overview**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping department at Yogi Executive. The supervisor ensures that the highest cleanliness standards are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas. They lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service to all guests, while adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to ensure team efficiency and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- **Quality Control & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that housekeeping supplies are adequate and organized, and order supplies when necessary.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage housekeeping inventory levels (e.g., cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning products and equipment.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Enforce safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel, local, and health department guidelines for cleanliness and safety standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss guest feedback, staff performance, and operational improvements.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports on performance, cleanliness, and inventory.
- Monitor and track housekeeping expenses, identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various indoor environments (guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces).
