Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about Sitara Foods’ products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
