**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **
05 to 08 years of an experience in US healthcare domain, Mediclaim Assist**.
- ** Team handling experience is mandatory**.
- Excellent communication skills (English - Writing and Speaking)
- Good in MS office (Excel and Power point)
- ** Willing to work in Night shift.**:

- Graduation must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have good communication skills, both written and oral, client and people management skills
- Regular meetings with the team, ensure required support and address concerns, if any.
- Set goals for each team member and provide feedback and coach team and acts as the first level reviewer of Team’s performance.
- Ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day and accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of quality and timeliness
- Understand the client sensitivity and exhibit commitment and ensuring response to client queries within agreed turnaround time.
- Working on various set of reports that are required for daily/weekly/monthly metrics and hence should be well versed with excel and power point.
- Knowledge & Experience on US Healthcare Domain.
- Collaborates with Managers on key performance measures as set by the client.
- Must be willing to extend the shift whenever there is a significant spike in volume.
