**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Team Management**:

- Manage and direct site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide clear instructions and support to team members.
- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project status and resolve any issues.
- **Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all safety equipment is used correctly.
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage materials and equipment to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate records of resources and expenditures.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities.
- Prepare progress reports and submit them to project managers.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
