**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Customer Support Executive** to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries related to astrology services, bookings, payments, and resolving any technical or account-related issues. Your goal is to ensure that every user has a seamless and positive experience while engaging with our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
