**Customer Success Executive - Job Descreption**
- Develop strong relationship with client with constant engagement so to build up long term relationship.
- Showcase value to customer KPI and report
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvements.
- Monitor tickets raised by client and work with stackholder to resolve the same.
- Guide customer through standard methodologies, optimizing for success and minimizing risk during implementation and onbaording.
- Acta customer advocate, ensuring we pprovide the best experience accross all products, services and partners.
- Take Full responsibility for customer lifecycle.
- Manage contract renewal and identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services.
