Job Opportunity for Accounts Executive (SAP)

**Job Description**:

- Review and process invoices and expense reports in SAP
- Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely payments
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with vendors
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable in SAP
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the accounts payable process in SAP
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements in SAP
- Maintain accurate and complete accounts payable records in SAP
- TDS working and payments on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Verification of Invoices and related Documents
- Basic knowledge of TDS/ GST

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with experience in using SAP accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Monitoring all payments which are due and then plan for payment of the same according to fund availability.
- Issuing cheques / RTGS/NEFT towards payments to vendors, expenses, statutory payments
- Vendor invoice booking and weekly circulation of Vendors Report
- Timely booking of entries in Tally / SAP
- Support team members in GST calculation and payment
- Working for TDS return to be filed by companies

**LOCATION: - VIKHROLI / ANDHERI**

**JOINING IMMEDIATE OR WITHIN 10-15 DAYS**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
