**Jewellery Sales Associate - Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding service to customers by understanding their needs and offering expert advice on jewellery selections, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- **Sales**: Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and offering recommendations based on individual preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep knowledge of the jewellery collections, including the materials, designs, and current trends, to help educate customers and close sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in the organization and restocking of inventory, ensuring the display is well-maintained and products are showcased effectively.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Help set up and maintain product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on sales leads, and encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales figures, customer interactions, and product performance to management on a regular basis.
- **Cash Handling & Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times.
- **Security & Loss Prevention**: Adhere to store policies on loss prevention and security, ensuring the protection of both merchandise and customer information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A keen interest in jewellery trends and luxury products.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
