**Job Overview**:
The Jewelry Salesperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sale of jewelry products. They will engage customers, answer questions about jewelry items, assist with fittings, and offer advice on purchases. This role requires a passion for fashion and jewelry, strong communication skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and offer personalized service.
- Provide detailed product information, including material, care, and benefits of different jewelry items (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.).
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and complete sales accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain and update knowledge of current jewelry trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Promote store events, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, including materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.), pricing, and trends.
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their jewelry purchases.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and reporting low stock levels.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Help in arranging jewelry displays and ensure they are visually appealing and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including showcasing jewelry in a way that enhances its appeal to customers.
- **Customer Relationships**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Encourage customers to leave feedback or reviews after their purchase.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in line with company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with other sales team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Share knowledge of jewelry products, industry trends, and customer preferences with colleagues.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Attention to detail and an eye for fashion and design.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing sales and handling payments.
- Comfortable working with a POS system and other sales tools.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
