- Organisational skills: Professionals should be able to efficiently organise themselves according to the changing working environment. They should plan their meetings, deadlines, and schedules.
- Active listening skills: They should have active listening skills to listen to the doctor’s problems and issues.
- Negotiation and persuasion: They should have great negotiation skills to negotiate terms and prices on sales agreements and draw up contracts.
- Flexibility: They should be flexible to fit the busy schedule of the doctors and other engagements.
- Technical skills: They should have excellent technical knowledge about medical equipment and medicines.
- Degree: They should have a bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing, life sciences and other related fields.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
