Medical Representative

**Job Summary**:
As a Medical Representative for Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative healthcare technology to medical professionals and healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics, while also providing technical support and training on the Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Promotion:

- Promote and sell the Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the system.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

2. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new opportunities, and emerging trends in the healthcare technology sector.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Technical Support and Training:

- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of the Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System.

5. Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and other relevant information to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Healthcare Management, Business, or a related discipline).

2. Proven experience as a medical representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare sector.

3. Strong understanding of healthcare technology and nurse call systems.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Proactive and result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

7. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, regulations, and standards.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
