Job Title: Medical Representative

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager/Director Location: [ KHAIRTABAD ]

Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Medical Sales: 1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions. 2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. 3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. 4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers. 2. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly. 3. Gather customer feedback to improve products/services.

Medical Market Knowledge:
1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. 2. Analyze customer needs and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development).

Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data. 2. Manage sales expenses, invoices, and credit notes. 3. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Performance Metrics:
1. Sales revenue growth 2. Customer acquisition and retention 3. Sales target achievement 4. Customer satisfaction ratings Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. Experience: - 1-3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in [specific medical field). Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. - Proficient in CRM software. Personal Attributes: - Results-driven and self-motivated. - Strong work ethic and resilience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: - Flexible schedule with frequent travel to customer sites.

Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive base salary: [₹22000 To ₹ 27000 ]. - Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
