**Job Description - Tele Sales Executive (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting)Company Overview**:

To expand our reach and enhance our sales performance, we are looking for skilled **Tele Sales Executives** to join our team in **Hyderabad (Work from Office - WFO).**

**Position: Tele Sales Executive**

**Experience Required**: 6 months - 1 year**Location**: Hyderabad (Work from Office)**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team to close deals.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and presenting the right service package.
- **Package Selling**: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our service packages to prospects.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with potential customers and handle objections professionally.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Building**: Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer engagement and increased conversion rates.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
- **Market Research**: Understand customer needs, competition, and market trends to improve sales strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Tele Sales, Outbound Calls, or Sales Process (6 months - 1 year)** in any industry (preferably service-based).
- **Strong Communication Skills** (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).
- **Persuasive Selling Ability** - Must be confident and skilled in convincing potential customers.
- **Target-Driven & Self-Motivated** - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- **Good Negotiation & Objection-Handling Skills** - Ability to handle different types of customers effectively.
- **Basic Computer Knowledge** - Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- **Time Management & Organizational Skills** - Ability to prioritize leads and calls efficiently.
