**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell ODE Life Membership Packages

Explain membership benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership plans.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize lead quality and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in tele sales or direct sales (preferably in wellness, fitness, healthcare, insurance, or lifestyle services).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu/Hindi preferred).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.

A passion for wellness and healthy living is a plus.
