Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting IT products and services, and converting potential clients into customers through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable software or IT solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT products (e.g., software, ERP, CRM, or digital services).
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/technical team.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client queries, objections, and provide accurate product information.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with company products, pricing, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in tele sales or inside sales, preferably in IT/software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and [local language if applicable]).
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
- Target-driven with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
- Experience in selling ERP, CRM, or SaaS-based products.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance.
