**Role Description**
This is a **full-time, on-site**position for a **Tele Sales Executive** at **Craft My Plate**in Hyderabad. In this role, you will engage potential clients, promote our catering services, and play a key role in growing our customer base. **Key Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement & Lead Management**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote catering services.
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong rapport with clients to understand their food and event requirements.

**Requirement Gathering**
- Identify customer needs, budgets, and preferences to offer tailored catering solutions.
- Address queries regarding menus, customization options, and dietary requirements.

**Sales & Closing Deals**
- Present services in a compelling manner to persuade clients to book with us.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.

**Follow-ups & Relationship Management**
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Accurately document client details, requirements, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone.
- Persuasive negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of food services or catering is a plus but not mandatory.

**Qualifications**
- **1-3 years** of tele sales experience preferred.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
