**Job Profile-** Admission Counsellor (Telecaller)

**Location
- **Greater Noida

**Responsibilities-**
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads lists. Introduce the institution's educational programs, courses, and services.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and detailed information about the institution's offerings, admission requirements, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and any other relevant information.
- Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and other aspects of the educational programs.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and assess the needs, interests, and preferences of prospective students to determine their suitability for the institution's programs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with prospective students and parents. Establish trust and rapport to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Targets and Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Provide regular reports on call outcomes, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and communications with leads using the institution's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in education policies that could impact enrollment strategies.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to help improve the institution's offerings and communication strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Communication, Marketing, etc.).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the education sector and the ability to understand and convey complex program details.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle objections and inquiries professionally.
- Flexibility to work during weekends if required.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
