Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and open houses to inform prospective students and families about the institution’s programs, culture, and admission requirements.
- Attend college fairs, high school visits, and community events to promote the institution and engage with potential applicants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their fit and readiness for the institution.
- Make admission recommendations to the admissions committee based on a holistic review of each applicant.
- **Counseling and Advising**:

- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals and the benefits of attending [School Name/College/University].
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Generate reports on admissions statistics, recruitment activities, and applicant trends to inform strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify opportunities for improving recruitment and retention strategies.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with other members of the admissions team, faculty, and administrative staff to achieve enrollment goals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with admissions trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software and admissions databases is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
