**Job Descriptions for Admission Outreach Manager (Admission Counselor-cum-Business Development)**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through new channels, including local outreach
- apartments, RWA's, Local Businesses and school events,

2. **Admission Counseling**: Counsel parents about the preschools programs, curriculum, and benefits to guide them in admission decisions.

3. **Admission Target Achievement**: Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective planning and execution.

4. **Event Management**: Plan and execute open houses, school tours, and promotional events to attract potential parents.

5. **Local Partnerships / Tie-ups**: Establish partnerships with local communities, societies, and organizations to enhance school visibility.

6. **Database Management**: Maintain and update leads in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and communication.

7. **Marketing Coordination**: Work with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns to drive enrollments.

8. **Market Research**: Conduct competitor analysis and assess market trends to optimize admissions strategies.

9. **Customer Service**: Address queries, concerns, and complaints from parents to ensure satisfaction.

10. **School Branding**: Represent the preschool professionally in local events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.

11. **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective parents to convert inquiries into admissions.

12. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admission process.

13. **Communication Skills**: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to parents about the school’s offerings.

14. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from parents for continual improvement in services and offerings.

15. **Budget Management**: Manage budgets for promotional activities and ensure cost-effectiveness

16. **Execution of the brand campaign**

17. **Vendor follow-up** for activation of branding in the vicinity as per the directions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
