*Role Overview:*

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA Marketing freshers to join our team as Marketing and Sales Executives. The role involves promoting our products/services, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation & Prospecting:* Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- *Sales Strategy Execution:* Implement marketing and sales campaigns to meet assigned targets.
- *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- *Market Research:* Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- *Promotional Activities:* Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to create brand awareness.
- *Sales Reporting:* Track and report daily/weekly progress to the team leader or manager.
- *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for campaign execution and product updates.
- *Customer Feedback Handling:* Gather and act on feedback to improve services and meet client expectations.

*Qualifications & Skills:*
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
