**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented **Freelance Sales Executive** to expand our client base through LinkedIn outreach and proposal development. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify the right contacts, build meaningful connections, and effectively communicate value to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads, etc.) on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and introductory messages.
- Engage in professional follow-ups to build rapport and initiate conversations.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services and solutions.
- Prepare and send customized sales proposals to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with deliverables.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts and leads in a structured manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in freelance or remote B2B sales, preferably in IT services or digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a business networking and outreach platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively.
- Skilled in creating persuasive business proposals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Understanding of web development, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketing.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Freelance / Remote
- Flexible hours with a focus on deliverables and lead generation.
