**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate product/service-related information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work towards achieving service quality and productivity targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to attend **walk-in interviews**.
