Position: AGM Sales
Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the region.
- Driving strategic sales initiatives to expand market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve their targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Sales Revenue: Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into successful deals.
- Team Performance: Achievement of targets by the sales team.
- Market Share Growth: Increase in brand presence and market penetration.
- Client Retention: Long-term relationships with clients, repeat business, and referrals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Regularly report sales performance to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, project management, and other departments to execute sales campaigns.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
