**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the online visibility and ranking of our website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and create content optimization strategies around them.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all aspects of the website.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and experience with website development tools such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO factors, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform SEO strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for SEO and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
