- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Create new menu items while maintaining the essence of South Indian flavors.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during cooking and food storage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
- In-depth understanding of traditional South Indian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality food preparation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
