**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives seamlessly into the overall user experience.
- Develop user personas to tailor engagement activities that resonate with the target audience.
- Ideate, create, and curate engaging content such as challenges, quizzes, and interactive exercises to captivate and educate our user base.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess user engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to optimize engagement strategies continuously.
- Foster a sense of community among users through forums, social media, and other channels.
- Initiate and manage user events, webinars, and other interactive sessions to strengthen the user community.
- Act as a bridge between users and the development team by gathering and analyzing user feedback.
- Use insights from user feedback to inform the design and improvement of existing features and the creation of new ones.
- Engage with educational experts to ensure that app features align with best practices in child development and learning methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in educational technology to incorporate relevant advancements into the app.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a customer engagement role within the EdTech or related industry.
- Strong understanding of child development, education, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to ideate and execute innovative engagement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹75,690.95 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
