**We are looking for Customer Support Co-ordinator.**

**Salary**: 2.5 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Making Outbound Calls.
- Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.
- Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.
- Making Sales calls.
- Providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s product.
- Customer Satisfaction and improve services.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers.
- Consistency in quality.
- Setting up appointments.
- Manage CRM.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- K.M Trade tower, Ghaziabad - 201010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
