**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with vendors and hiring partners.
- Help consultants connect with vendors and prepare for interviews.
- Track consultant availability and find new opportunities for them.
- Work with the team to plan growth and improve our process.

**Technical & Professional Skills**:

- Bench marketing (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Vendor & client relationship management
- Interview coordination and follow-up
- Rate negotiation (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Familiar with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Job Diva)
- Sourcing via LinkedIn, Dice, and other platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Time management and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bench Sales/Recruitment: 3 years (required)
