**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Making new vendors from where we can get regular requirements and also search vendors who can do corp to corp business with us.
- Developing vendors & corporate account relationships consistently.
- Negotiating rates with vendors and maintaining relationships with them.
- Interact with consultants to get their resumes as required by the recruitment team.
- Help the recruiters to successfully negotiate on best rates, in interest of management.

**Experience**:

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3-5 years of Experience in US recruiting/ Bench sales for IT & Non-IT positions
- Good Experience on non-IT hiring.
- Hands on experience of different Work Visas i.e CPT/OPT/H1/H4 EAD/ GC-EAD/L2-EAD/GC and USC.
- Preferred to have valid exposure of working in Manufacturing, industrial engineering positions also, Validations, Computer System Validations, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Engineering etc.
- Staffing experience in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Pharma/Bio Pharma/Medical Device.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other Free Job Sites.
- Have good current relationships with implementation partners and prime vendors.
- Should be a good negotiator
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
