We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Tandoor cuisine to join our culinary brigade. You'll manage the Tandoor station, delivering consistent, high-quality Indian tandoori dishes while upholding food safety and collaborating on menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- **Prepare & Cook Tandoor Specialties**:

- Execute a variety of tandoori dishes—kebabs, tandoori meats, breads (naan, roti)—ensuring optimal taste, texture, presentation, and precise temperature control of the tandoor oven
- **Station Management**

Oversee the Tandoor section, coordinating prep, cook timing, mise en place, and support during service. Supervise junior staff and step up during senior chef absences.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance**

Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, follow FSSAI standards, perform regular cleanliness checks, and ensure safe storage practices expertia.
