Job Title: Sustainability Reporting Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Reporting Professional to support the development of our ESG reporting product.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to research sustainability frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and framework analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of ESG data.
  • Map ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Track regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Support the structure and development of ESG data collection and reporting templates to meet business needs.
  • Develop GHG emission accounting workflows and prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows, providing feedback from a user perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
