We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sushi preparation and presentation, as well as excellent knife skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes in a fast-paced environment. This includes ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes.

In addition to sushi preparation, the Sushi CDP will also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, and a culinary degree or relevant certification is highly valued.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation and presentation
  • Knowledge: Food safety and hygiene practices
  • Skill: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
