**PLATINUM ROYAL EXCELLENCY(Pratap nagar Udaipur)**

Responsible for preparing and cooking tandoor dishes, including kebabs, breads, and grilled items. Maintain hygiene standards, manage kitchen inventory, train junior staff, and ensure timely food preparation with authentic taste and quality.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tandoor section. Expertise in kebabs, tikkas, Indian breads. Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene. Ability to manage junior staff, work under pressure.
