**Job description**

We are looking for a VFX Producer to facilitate the production of all our projects based out of our studio. The VFX Producer will ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day Production activities of the company, ensuring that the Production is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics of the production to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Staying abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to Production Manager
- Excel at planning and execution, be able to work under pressure and achieve results under tight deadlines
- Maintain and analyze all the data related to the days budgeted vs actuals
- Ensure that requirements of all departments across the project are met
- Track targets and deliverables, and make sure all internal and client targets are being met.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as VFX Producer or Coordinator with at least 3 years of related experience
- Masters Degree (MBA) in Business or relevant field a massive plus
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Ability to handle a fast pace environment overseeing several projects
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹807,565.00 per year
