POSITION **SUMMARY**

BOT VFX is seeking a **Digital Producer** to act as a crucial bridge between **Line Producers (LPs), VFX Producers, and the Revenue-Generating Teams**. This role is dedicated to managing awarded projects, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring efficient shot production on the floor. The Digital Producer will collaborate closely with supervisors and LPs to keep complex VFX projects on track. This role reports to the Executive Producer

**POSITION** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as an **on-site production lead**, ensuring seamless communication between producers, LPs, and the production floor.
- Assist **Line Producers and VFX Producers** in managing awarded projects, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
- Oversee **scheduling, shot production, and workflow coordination** with supervisors and production teams.
- Participate in **show scrums, client calls, and production meetings** to align on goals and expectations.
- Work alongside supervisors and Line Producers** in bidding and project estimates**.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth production processes and address challenges proactively.
- Provide critical support for **VFX producers and LPs** on complex shows, maintaining efficiency and workflow optimization.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Proven experience** in digital production, VFX production, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **VFX pipelines, production schedules, and workflow methodologies**.
- Experience working in **fast-paced, high-pressure VFX production environments**.
- Excellent **organizational, communication, and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with **supervisors, producers, and creative teams**.
- Experience handling **client communications and project coordination**.
- Proficiency in **production management tools** and software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in **film, animation, or VFX production**.
- Experience in bidding and cost estimation for VFX projects.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and production methodologies.
