We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative content producer. This role involves a combination of shooting and editing videos, managing photo shoots, collaborating with models, and coordinating with the branding team to create compelling campaigns for Shyaway.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with Shyaway's brand objectives.
- Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance and finalize video content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video techniques.
- Organize and execute photo shoots for product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that the photography/videography aligns with the brand guidelines and effectively showcases Shyaway's products.
- Manage and maintain an organized digital library of all visual content.

**Model Coordination**:

- Source and liaise with models for photo and video shoots.
- Direct models during shoots to capture desired aesthetics and convey brand messaging effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with models and talent agencies.
- Campaign Collaboration:

- Work closely with the branding team to understand campaign objectives and creative direction.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that visual content aligns with the overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

**Project Management**:

- Manage timelines for photo and video projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors, if necessary, to support production requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the relevant stakeholders.

Work mode : Work from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
