**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1)Pre-Production**:

- Develop and research show concepts, formats, and content.
- Collaborate with writers, talent, and production teams.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Book guests, manage talent relations, and negotiate contracts.

**2)Production**:

- Oversee live/streamed recordings, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
- Manage production crew, camera operators, and technical staff.
- Make creative decisions regarding content, pacing, and tone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems promptly.

**3)Post-Production**:

- Collaborate with editors, graphics designers, and audio engineers.
- Review and approve final edits, mixes, and visual effects.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, on-time final products.

**4)Administrative**:

- Manage budgets, schedules, and production resources.
- Coordinate with network/studio executives, marketing, and publicity teams.
- Maintain communication with talent, agents, and external partners.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in show production (live, streamed, or taped).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Broadcasting, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-camera productions, live events, and streaming.
- Familiarity with production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Knowledge of broadcast standards, regulations, and laws.
- Certification in production management or related field.
