The visual effects Line Producer is central to VFX project management. They liaise with all aspects of production and post -production: Director, Editor, external VFX Supervisor, Supervisors as well as artists. Working closely with and on behalf of the VFX Producer of the shows, they help strategize and implement tasks and targets crucial to the delivery of the project on time and on budget.Responsibilities ​Work with the Producer, Leads and Supervisors to create, implement and run the schedule, track and manage the workflow through the departments and meet internal and external deadlines.Oversee Coordinators and ensure the good organization of dailies, rounds and meetings and the taking of notes and follow up of information.Ensure the production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information.Communicate information quickly and succinctly to crew and other departments in person and not simply via e -mailCommunicate changes to client sessions, dailies or meetings either directly or through the CoordinatorsKeep communication flowing from the Supervisor to the Leads, crew or other departments.Anticipate and communicate issues to the Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems quicklyMaintain an accurate summary of the project's progress based on the previous day's artists workTake responsibility for knowing the details of the schedule and advising the Coordinators accordinglyOversee the execution of client deliveries for all temps and finalsManage edits alongside the Editorial departmentManage resources and communicate coherently with other support departmentsHelp to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production officeBe pro -active and solution -orientatedOther ad hoc duties as may reasonably be required Requirements Essential SkillsPrevious experience at Line Producer level, Should have handled clients and shows independently.Highly organized with first -class time/project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe proven ability to priorities conflicting tasksThe ability to remain calm and confident in a fast -paced environmentThe ability to work within a team towards a common goalAn in -depth understanding of live -action and CG based VFX workflowsAn in -depth understanding of common file formats and resolutionsA good knowledge of MS Office packagesPrevious scheduling experienceBasic Avid/editorial knowledgeLateral thinking skillsBenefits ​Employees Can always have a healthy work life balance. We work on 1st Saturdays and rest Saturday is off, Festive holidays and SundaysThe staff and the management work together to create a positively -aligned, friendly, and energetic Work Environment.We provide Training in the workplace to enhance the employees' soft skills development, leadership abilities, and develop professional competencies as important as technical skills to help in the personal & professional growthThe company carries out various entertainment events, stress buster activities, and ice -breaking sessions for newcomers to lighten up the work atmosphere and make working a fun -filled moment. Relocation assistance is provided for employees. Sophisticated work stations at employees' work areas to enhance productivity. ​
