About the Role

We are looking for a **dynamic Show Producer cum Video Editor** who can manage the end-to-end production of shows while also editing high-quality video content. This hybrid role requires both creative storytelling skills and strong organizational abilities. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and producing show content, and then shaping it into compelling videos through editing.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a **Show Producer**
- Conceptualize and develop show ideas in collaboration with the creative team.
- Plan, organize, and manage the overall show production process.
- Coordinate with writers, anchors, designers, and production crew.
- Prepare schedules, scripts, and ensure timely delivery of episodes.
- Supervise shoots, ensure quality control, and maintain brand guidelines.

As a **Video Editor**
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality show episodes.
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound, and effects as required.
- Ensure smooth pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (TV, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage media files, archives, and project organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Producer** or **Show Coordinator** and as a **Video Editor**.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Creative eye for storytelling, design, and visual details.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in **motion graphics / animation**.
- Knowledge of **digital content trends** (Reels, Shorts, OTT, YouTube shows).
- Familiarity with production tools (StudioBinder, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana).
- Basic knowledge of cinematography and sound design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
