We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Executive focused on video content to join our team and help enhance our brand presence online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation**: Capture and produce high-quality videos for product promotions, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and events.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and optimize videos for various digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites, ensuring engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Content Planning**: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute video campaigns that align with our brand's objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and post video content on social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- **Creative Input**: Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to video production that resonates with our target audience.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze the performance of video campaigns and optimize future content based on insights.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer service) to gather the right content and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video shooting and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn concepts into compelling video content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in FMCG or food-related industries.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,329.67 - ₹35,484.28 per month
