**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

A Community Growth Expert who has a passion for DeFi, and marketing; and will inspire growth, excitement and education about Eve World, our product ‘coto’ and our communities.

As one of our founding marketing team, you will have the power to decide how to shape the product. You will get a lot of independence and responsibility right away. We are 100% remote and we are always making sure to use the latest state of the art tools. It is up to you to make an impact.

**THE ROLE**

This will be working remotely as part of a small team with the responsibility of expanding our brand awareness, planning and executing creative web3 marketing campaigns, both online and offline. It requires working both autonomously and as part of the global remote team. You will:

- Work closely with the founders to create, lead and execute a holistic marketing and growth strategy
- Manage the entire funnel from awareness, engagement and retention
- Implement both tested and innovative strategies for community and product growth
- Continuously analyse, test, and iterate on growth methods and strategies
- Ensure product identity is consistently implemented across all marketing channels
- Help shape and execute content strategy working with design to create great visual content
- Be informed of key trends and insights in web3 and explore and leverage emerging channels for growth
- Feedback and contribute to the overall roadmap based on insight from growth and marketing activities

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Experience in community growth
- An obsession with all things web3, involvement in various communities and like keeping up to date with emerging projects, technology and trends
- Are passionate about community and believe it is the heart of any project
- Are creative and think outside the box, high energy and always solutions focused
- Enjoy managing your own work, and are very self-motivated
- Owner and entrepreneurship mentality
