SentientGeeks is looking for Proposal Writer who can produce professionally written

proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition. The writer should be

experienced in participating in review meetings/ final document review, content sign off and

document production.

Requirements for the job:

- 1+ year of experience in bid analysis, proposal development, proposal writing or related roles in IT industry.
- Must be experienced in proposal writing, client presentations, and organizing information as part of the RFP/RFQ/BRD process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and concepts.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executives,sales, technical experts, and project managers, to gather information and develop cohesive RFP responses.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of tools and technology is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Responsibilities**:

- Exploring, Identifying and analysing requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Understanding the full cycle of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Must be able to work independently while partnering across functions. Ability to organize data and information effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Utilization of time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less; can attend to a broader range of activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and develop comprehensive bid responses.
- Track and monitor bid opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
