**Position: CSR PROPOSAL WRITER & FUND RAISING LEAD**

**Job nature **:Full time / Part time

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a full-time / Part time / Consultant for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fundraising for our NGO, the Pramith Foundation.

**Key responsibilities**:
Research grant providers, prepare grant proposals as per requirement and support raising CSR funds from Indian companies.

a) Plan & raise funds via Corporate CSR: create pipeline of corporate donors (Companies / Intuitions / Foundations / Government initiatives) and retain the existing donors.

b) Build new meaningful partnerships with Corporate CSR teams / institutions / Foundations. Establish and maintain relationships with CSR divisions of Indian companies, and raise CSR funding from them.

c) Proposal writing, presentations, and other marketing materials for raising grant funding.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBA/MSW or Any post-graduate from a good Institution.
- Previous professional experience of minimum 3 years in fundraising / business development / corporate relations / partnerships is a must
- Freshers also may apply
- Highly Proficient in English - both written and oral communication.
- Ability to write complete proposals adhering to marketing & design guidelines of the organisation.
- Highly Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and internet based research.
- Excellent communication and networking capabilities.
- Willing to travel to other cities when required.
